Medium-temperature amylase
Medium-temperature amylase
1. Product Overview
Medium-temperature amylase is refined from Bacillus subtilis through deep fermentation, extraction and other processes. It can randomly hydrolyze the glucosidic bonds inside starch, glycogen and degraded substances to produce short-chain dextrins and oligosaccharides, thereby rapidly reducing the viscosity of the colloidal starch paste, that is, liquefaction, so it is also called liquefaction enzyme. This enzyme has been widely used in beer, alcohol, MSG, starch sugar, feed, textile, printing and dyeing and other industries.

3. Definition of enzyme activity
The enzyme solution is required to liquefy soluble starch into dextrin in minutes at ℃. Quantity, that is, a unit of enzyme activity. The presence of calcium ions improves the stability of enzyme activity. Without calcium ions, enzyme activity will be completely lost.
4. Usage
During the beer brewing process, add the amylase after mixing the slurry in the gelatinization pot. The amount of enzyme added is about 1 unit/gram of raw material, and the amylase is liquefied at ℃ for about 10 minutes.
In the production of maltose and enzymatic MSG, amylase is added to the prepared starch slurry (about one unit/gram of raw material), mixed thoroughly, and then heated to ℃ for about 10 minutes to liquefy.
, Application in textile desizing, suitable for the desizing process of silk, chemical fiber, cotton and wool fabrics that are not resistant to high temperatures. Add the amount of enzyme at about 100% and keep it at ℃ water temperature for 1 minute.
In other industries, the amount of enzyme added is generally controlled at unit/gram of starch and calcium ion concentration.
5. Packaging and Storage
Liquid products are packed in non-toxic plastic barrels, /barrel. The solid inner packaging is a non-toxic plastic bag, and the outer packaging is kg/bag.
This product is a biologically active substance. Strong light and high temperature will cause enzyme inactivation. It should be stored in a low temperature and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
